Mass
Mass is 4 years old and has a gentle presence, but he faces complex challenges including autism, epilepsy, and weak muscle tone that makes it difficult for him to move his hands or legs independently. Until he was introduced to us, Mass spent most of his time lying on his back.
Mass depends on others for everything. He still wears diapers and needs to be fed. He takes medication to help manage his epilepsy, but his family, with his mother running a small trading business and his father formerly a driver, struggle to afford it consistently.
Through Orchard House, we hope to provide Mass with the therapy, stimulation, and consistent medical support that his family cannot access alone. Every child deserves the chance to move, to play, to grow, and we believe, with the right support, Mass can begin to do all of these things.
