Musa
Musa is nearly 4 years old and was born with microcephaly and shows autistic tendencies. He struggles to communicate his needs and finds it difficult to settle into new environments, often becoming restless and tearful.
Until he was introduced to us, Musa spent his days roaming unsupervised, exposed to all kinds of danger. His mother has been unwell, leaving his care largely to his siblings, while his father, now in his early 70s, is without steady work.
Through Orchard House, we hope to give Musa the structure, safety, and stimulation he has never had. Despite his challenges, Musa can feed himself and has good hearing and comprehension. There is a great deal of potential waiting to be unlocked. Our dream for Musa is that he finds his place in the world, surrounded by people who see not his condition, but his capability.
